My name is Valerie Baptiste Hyppolite, and I am proud to be the owner of Haititaste. Born and raised in Haiti, I carry with me the rich traditions, flavors, and memories of home. Moving to the United States was a new chapter in my journey, but I have never forgotten the simple joys of my childhood—making peanut butter, jelly jam, and savoring them alongside a cup of aromatic Haitian coffee.

 

Haititaste is my way of keeping these cherished traditions alive, sharing them with you, and honoring the flavors that have shaped me.
